Price and availability information is subject to change without notice except that Aquatic-mania will notify you of any change in price after the placing of your order giving you the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the new price.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase on our site couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue, select the products you wish to purchase and press the 'Add to Cart' button. When you have finished shopping go to 'Checkout'. New customers are invited to create an account and returning customers just have to login. Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and all major debit/credit cards are accepted. We offer secure payments system, Paypal. Or you can pay by Credit Card over the Phone. Please do not Email Credit Card Details.We are unable to change most orders once placed. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable

Courier Deliveries

We use the Royal Mail Postal service. 1st and 2nd Class. Delivery will normally be the day after you receive the email dispatch message from us. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm but cannot specify morning or afternoon. But please allow 5-7 working days.

.OPEN THE PARCEL IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER AND CHECK THE CONTENTS.  THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT MARKING GOODS 'UNCHECKED' AS A STATUS. 

         Unfortunately if you sign for goods, without CHECKING THEM,  you are signing to the courier that your delivery has arrived in good condition.

Due to extra charges levied upon us by the carriers, we regret that once dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address without the payment of an additional carriage surcharge prior to such alteration. In the event that any parcel is undeliverable due to no-one being available at the delivery address, and that parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the original carriage charge from any refund, or to charge additional carriage if we have to resend the same parcel to either the original address or to a new address.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order and return the goods to us, subject to the following conditions:

1. we must be informed in writing of the cancellation within 7  days of receipt of the goods.
2. the goods must be unused, in original “as new” condition and in the original packaging.
3. the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
4. we can only refund the cost of the goods themselves; postal costs incurred by us to deliver the item cannot be refunded (this applies even if the item originally qualified for free delivery, as this cost is still incurred by us).

Where goods are returned to us under these conditions, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days.

Please note that certain types of goods cannot be returned under these regulations. This includes any items supplied custom-made or to customer specifications.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since we cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
